The Cooler Master NotePal Ergo 360 laptop cooler has two fans. Two fans work a lot better than a single fan. These fans don't just blow cool air, they blow cold air. You and your laptop can keep cool with this laptop cooling pad. There is no adjustable fan speed with this Cooler Master product, and the decibel level is 23. It's a little louder than the best laptop coolers, but it is still quiet and unobtrusive.
There is no additional breathing room or extra space to give the fans and the laptop room to ventilate. It doesn't have a grated or mesh cover, which can help disperse heat more efficiently. However, the fans work well, and our laptops never overheated in our testing.
This laptop cooler comes with a USB cord and storage to reduce any cord chaos. It has a grip to keep your laptop in place. You can adapt an adjustable grip to the needs of your laptop. It can comfortably hold 17-inch laptops with very little overhang.
The impressive thing about the adjustable-height stand on this cooler is it can rotate a full 360 degrees. This is the only notebook cooler we reviewed with a stand that can do that. This stand can be removed and can become a stand for any sized tablet as well. With this feature, you can pop out the stand and have your tablet on hand, while your laptop is on the cooler, well, chilling.
This cooler works better if it's on your desk. There isn't a good ventilation system so the fans congest easily and won't work properly sitting on soft surfaces. If the cooler is on a desk or table, it won't have any problems. This fan is made out of solid materials, which is great when it comes to durability but not so great when it comes to comfort. It can travel easily, and you won't have to worry about it breaking with the slightest nudge.
This laptop cooling pad has a one-year warranty. You have to have proof of purchase in order to make a warranty claim. Since other cooling pads come with two- to three-year warranties, we are a little disappointed by Cooler Master's warranty plan.

The Cooler Master NotePal Ergo 360 is a great cooler for long hours sitting at a desk. The ventilation is poor, but the dual fans will keep you and your laptop cool. Plus, there's the perk of having a stand for a tablet and a cooling pad for your laptop cooler all housed in the same contraption.
